Tim Mitchell

Tim is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist from Australia, with a PhD in the area of low back pain. He currently works clinically and is a director of Pain Options, a specialist physiotherapy clinic that provides management and second opinions for people with complex and persistent musculoskeletal pain. He also has a part-time appointment as a senior lecturer at Curtin University, where his main role is teaching on the post-graduate clinical masters program. Tim has broad experience in the research, education and clinical management of musculoskeletal pain disorders. More recently, Tim has been lead author on the Musculoskeletal Clinical Translation Framework, an eBook for helping students and clinicians translate contemporary knowledge into clinical practice.
