TARGETED REHABILITATION FOR GROIN PAIN
If you want to learn more about this topic, you can watch Dr. Andy Franklyn-Miller's lecture here:
Targeted rehabilitation stars with working on strength and power and then focusing on dynamic coupling. So rather than working on a single joint and a single range of motion, we need to work in a linear and a sagittal plane so that we can try and address this coupling and the linkage of rehabilitation in its total.
Let's look at some of the progressions we can use for the rehabilitation of groin pain:
1. Squat series progressions
2. Lateral hip series progressions
3. Hip flexor series progressions
4. Abdominal series progressions
5. Coupling rehabilitation
